Approach

How I work with enterprises.

Name the actual problem. Separate who may decide from what it costs to think. Ship a surface that can be audited.

01 — Start with the constraint

Most “AI requests” are a symptom. I work until the commercial constraint is named: CAC, jurisdiction, go-live risk, inference economics, or a process that already fails without a model.

02 — Authority routing ≠ model routing

Studio authority (who may act) is not InfraDOME spend (which model, at what cost). Mixing them produces both unsafe decisions and surprise invoices. 7ARCH keeps the lanes separate.

03 — HALT is a successful outcome

Quotes, secrets, jurisdiction, and Red-compatibility overrides are Commander gates. If a required fact is missing, we stop. We do not average our way through a guess.

04 — HITL on irreversible actions

Commercial sends, payments, and go-live stay in draft until a human approves. Reflector gates — including RAG quality, white-label, provision dry-run, sovereignty — return ALLOWED or BLOCKED.

05 — Ship a surface, not a slide

Production glass, APIs, AEO discovery, click-tracking, and observability. Cloudflare Pages/Workers, Cloud Run, and honest health endpoints beat a deck about “transformation.”

06 — Publish the limits with the product

Incomplete datasets, in-memory logs, unverified payment flags, protocol listings with no live URL — they belong on the surface. Procurement teams already know when they are being sold theatre.

07 — Inference economics are first-class

Cost hierarchy and fallbacks are design, not afterthought. Heuristic-first extraction, RAG-order fallback, LiteLLM as ACCESS/economics only — no offer or jurisdiction logic hiding in the spend layer.

08 — Engagement shape

Remote/hybrid from Phuket. Singapore employers preferred. Advisory, architecture, and hands-on build. I will not claim a legal right to work in Singapore on this site.
